30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Final sale items, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at drluis497@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EU Customers In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, no reason required. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum requirement.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with photos and your order number.
